What the Snobol fund holds

Our strategy is not to explain too precisely what we are buying, because the investments that offer strong returns at low risk can look counterintuitive while we are still building the position. Full transparency arrives on a schedule: each year by March, partners receive a detailed report on the fund's holdings, performance, and outlook, and the audited financial statements set out the assets as well.

The fund currently spreads its assets across three classes: real estate, investment silver, and cash (euros). Three real-estate objects make up roughly 85% of total assets. The full list of current holdings is below.

• A multifunctional three-storey commercial building (222 m²) in a strong, monopoly-style location
• A newly renovated two-room apartment (52.9 m²) near central Tallinn
• An apartment (55.9 m²) in the Mustamäe district of Tallinn
• Agricultural land (12.32 ha) in Läänemaa — 8.08 ha forest, 3.41 ha natural meadow, and 0.32 ha other — linked to various EU agricultural subsidies
• Real estate acquired at auction and held for the short term
• An equity stake in an international startup company
• Physical investment silver
• Euro deposits held in a Swedbank AS bank account
